I bought the 512gb because I didn't want to mess with opening mine up and screw something up putting in a bigger SSD. That and I like knowing I can have 1.5TB of storage if I buy a 1tb micro SD card. I'm getting a 512 GB Steam Deck so I'm probably going to just get a 128 or 256 GB SD card. Most games will be installed to the internal storage for me. Shop around, you can probably find the sandisk extreme 1Tb and not compromise at that price point, unless UK prices are a lot higher than US prices.
